Grimes

Claire Elise Boucher is a Canadian musician and singer from Canada. [2][3] The range of her first music has been called "lo hi R&B" as well as "futuristic dance-pop". Her music has used elements of hip hop electronic music, as well as rock. Her lyrics often touch on science fiction and feminist themes. Five studio albums have been issued by her. Grimes was born in Vancouver and later moved to Montreal. She began her independent music career in late 2000s. In 2010 she debuted two albums via Arbutus Records, Geidi Primes (and Halfaxa), respectively. Following her contracting with 4AD and gaining the charts thanks to Visions the third album of studio work. Visions has two singles "Genesis", and "Oblivion" in addition to being recognized with"Oblivion" with the Juno Award in Canada for Electronic Album of the year. The album that she released as her fourth studio effort Art Angels was released in 2015. The album received high marks by critics and a variety of magazines voted it to be the top album. [6] Her fifth album Miss Anthropocene, was launched in the year 2020. Outside of music, Grimes had a voice performance in the online action-role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 and is a judge on the popular music competition game program Alter Ego. Grimes Grimes Grimes
